End of School Year Info

As the year comes to an end, please remember any missing work of packets need to be turned in by the close of business on 5.27.  Traditionally this is the last day of school.  This will help our teachers finalize grades.  We know that this has been difficult but we are amazing by the level of commitment you have for your children and your teachers.  Thank you so much for working with us! 

Property Pick up: Monday will begin our student property pick up procedure.  Pick up will be available from 9:00- 11 and 11:30- 1pm on designated grade level days.  As previously mentioned this year we will not be sending home workbooks, classwork, school supplies that were used communally, or any unlabeled items.  Please remember that item not picked up on the designated day will not be available until after 5.27.  
Wednesday 5.20 – Fifth Grade (Beginning at 11:30)
Thursday 5.21 –Fourth Grade, Ms. Storey And Ms. Rodriguez’ Class
Friday 5.22 First Grade 
Tuesday 5.26 PK, Kinder, Any families with multiple students not wanting to do multiple pickups. 


Digital Devices: All returning students in grades 3 through 11, who currently have a OCPS laptop at home, will retain their device during the summer in preparation for the 2020-2021 school year. Device Movement, Repair and inventory If a student is withdrawing to attend another OCPS school, please set an appointment for that student to return their device to your school prior to the completion of the withdrawal process.  If a student device needs to be repaired or replaced, please complete the process at the students 2019-2020 school site. Students can begin the process by creating a ticket at http://studenttechrequest.ocps.net. The ticket will go to the 2019-2020 school site.
